   Most Intro Classes do not require experience or pre-requisites to join!

** Open Training is designed for current UVCC students at a Level III or higher or age 14+ or with Coaches permission. Open Training is designed to give more opportunity to train specifically and openly in a supervised and safe setting. This time will be more relaxed on scheduled classes but will include increased and focused training in all areas from ground work and stretching to aerial skills and acro. Please email if interested in this option.
